And while Food Society aims to educate Sydneysiders on the merits of enjoying vodka on its own, they are working closely with a Melbourne mixologist to incorporate some interesting flavours into a new cocktail list.

Indeed, the imported vodka range is over 70-deep, and will eventually boast 100 variants of the spirit. Food Society – coming up to its first birthday – is fast becoming renowned as the vodka specialists in Sydney and some of the quirkier flavours include: honey, orange and clove, raspberry, quince, apple, cucumber, burnt caramel, peanut butter and jelly, coconut… and coming soon – even bacon!
