Palazzo Versace are inviting you to jump down a designer rabbit hole for an Easter long weekend of luscious events and parties themed in fabulous, festive fun. From March 29th to April 1st, the haute hotel will be transformed into an Easter wonderland, hosting a number of special events to celebrate the season. Good Friday is all about sophisticated seafood with a live sashimi demonstration, Easter Sunday will be tasty treats and chocolate chic at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party and Easter Monday will pay homage to the Palazzo’s Mediterranean heritage with Venetian cuisine at Le Jardin.

Live Sashimi Demonstration; Good Friday
Guests will enjoy a Good Friday seafood celebration with an authentic sashimi demonstration live at in Le Jardin lobby. Palazzo Versace’s resident sushi master will be skillfully slicing and preparing a 50 kilogram yellow fin tuna caught just off the Gold Coast.
Price: The demonstration is $30 per person including a selection of the freshest, five-star sashimi.
Mad Hatter’s Tea Party; Easter Sunday
Palazzo Versace’s signature restaurant Vanitas, will be hosting a Mad Hatters Tea Party for an Easter experience like no other. Vanitas will transform into a magical wonderland with treats to tantalize the taste buds including Alice in Wonderland themed ‘Eat Me’ and ‘Drink Me’ delights, chocolate clocks, macarons and more.
Price: The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party is $70 per person including a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne on arrival.
Venetian Cuisine; Easter Monday
Le Jardin will be embracing Palazzo Versace’s Italian heritage with a Venetian-themed tapas menu available at the hotel’s lobby bar. You will sit back and enjoy a relaxed Easter Monday with a delicious selection of Italian Cicchetti appetizersprepared live in Le Jardin.
