A Fling to remember in Melbourne

Blending the exotic flavours of Schweppes Agrum Collection Blood Orange with refreshing mint and tangy lime, a Flemington Fling is a sweet yet sophisticated delight for the tastebuds. Simple to mix, enticing to taste and versatile to pair with Australian Spring fare, the vodka-based Flemington Fling is set to be the most sought after drink on and off the track.

Under a unique partnership between Schweppes Australia and the Victoria Racing Club, a Flemington Fling will be served throughout Flemington racecourse as well as in the specifically designed Schweppes Flemington Fling Bar located in General Admission on Level 1 of the Hill Stand.

Flemington Fling, by Schweppes
Ingredients:
45ml Vodka
Juice of half a lime (25ml)
90ml Schweppes Agrum Blood Orange
Mint
Method:
Strip 5 mint leaves and leave a sprig for the garnish. Clap the leaves between your hands to release the aroma of the mint.  Place the mint leaves in the glass, add vodka and fresh lime. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Top up with Schweppes Agrum Blood Orange and mix thoroughly. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
