Once a year in October ‘Global Champagne Day’ is celebrated around the world. A tradition beginning in France and experienced across the globe in a series of dinners and festivities, which will be, held to explore the world’s most revered beverage.

Here in Australia the Champagne Dame, aka Kyla Kirkpatrick, will be hosting a fabulous and decadent champagne master class on 29th October 2013, 7pm-9pm for just $99 per person (Arthouse Gallery- 66 McLachlan Avenue, Sydney) You will take a journey back in time to learn about champagne’s illustrious history, learn proper champagne etiquette and taste a range of the world’s best champagnes side by side. You will also learn the ancient art of sabrage where Kyla will open the champagne bottle with a sword!
