The Palazzo Versace Couture High Tea presents three-tiers of opulence between 11am and 5pm daily, with delicious delicacies including cake pops, mini quiches, salted caramel tarts, pumpkin croustade with spicy red pesto and raspberry deconstructed macaroons.
Designed by the hotel’s new Executive Chef Oliver Cortez, the Couture High Tea offers a fresh new take on the classic tradition of High Tea.
Whether paired with Cloudy Bay Sparkling Wine for the Sparkling Couture High Tea, with Dom Pérignon for the Royal Champagne Couture High Tea or tailored for children with Little Royal-Tea, Palazzo Versace’s new High Tea is a must for all stylish fashionistas this summer season.
Le Jardin’s Couture High Tea offering is AUS $48 per person, Monday to Friday and $AUS $58 per person Saturday and Sunday for a three tiered stand of sweet and savoury treats and tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
The weekend encounter includes pianist entertainment by Cassidy Wilson from 12noon until 4pm.
The Sparkling Couture High Tea includes a glass of Cloudy Bar ‘Perlorus’ Sparkling Wine for AUS $60 per person Monday to Friday and AUS $70 per person Saturday and Sunday.
The Champagne Couture High Tea includes a glass of Ruinart ‘R’ Champagne for AUS $75 per person, Monday to Friday and AUS $85 per person Saturday and Sunday.
The Royal Champagne Couture High Tea is priced at AUS $120 per person Monday to Friday and AUS $130 per person Saturday and Sunday and includes a glass of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 Champagne.
