Sparkling New Season Announced by Celebrity Cruises

Australia’s highest rated cruise ship, Celebrity Solstice, will return for a fifth local season offering 18 cruises to 35 ports of call in 10 countries. Ranging from seven to 18 nights, cruises depart from Sydney, Auckland, Singapore and Honolulu and sail to destinations in Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia, Hawaii, New Caledonia, Fiji, Loyalty Islands, Vanuatu, and Indonesia.

Celebrity Solstice’s Australasian season has been extended for 2016/17 to allow Australian families to take advantage of the Easter long weekend and school holidays in 2017, and also takes into account a number of special events including the famous Art Deco Fair in Napier, New Zealand.

Celebrity Cruise’s 2016/17 Australasian season is open for bookings and there’s no better time to book than now, with savings of up to $1,000 per person on select sail dates for bookings made by 31 July 2015.

Sophisticated holidaymakers can look forward to new ports of call and sailings, as well as more time to explore with new overnight stops like in Tauranga, from where the world famous Hobbiton, made famous in the Lord of the Rings movies, is an easy trip, or Cairns, gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.  The new stops include charming Picton at the top of the South Island of New Zealand at the start of the spectacular Queen Charlotte Sound.
